Boston Bound!

Here is my training plan to prepare for the Boston Marathon (4-18-2011) as it stands now. By 1pm today I will have completed everything for the first week. It feels good to be on a plan again! But, admittedly, I got really out of shape in the last 10 weeks, staying on a training schedule following Boston is on my list of goals this time around. I really dropped the ball after Portland and I am paying for it in fatigue now!

As you view down the schedule you will find many empty slots. I am going to continue to fill in and adjust the program as I get some momentum. Next Monday (1/10) starts a new semester at school. After a few weeks I will see if I have been able to check -off everything on the schedule or if things need to be moved around.
