Pace yourself

I am at work and find myself in a position where I can not actually go to my computer and get work done, but I equally am not able to interact with those around me (fellow behavior analysts can probably read between the lines here).

I am scheduled to run 5 miles today, but I really struggled to get out of bed this morning, so I didn’t. Hopefully I will get it in this evening. If not,I will totally use the “leave me alone, I’m tapering!” excuse.

Although I have 3 pace bands left (unused, sadly) from my attempt and ultimate failure to run Boston last year, I am happy to say I have improved enough that I felt it necessary to order new pace bands. They arrived in 36hrs. That is to say, yesterday!

Yay! Let the obsessive visualization process continue!!!
