Tomorrow, run for more than yourself.

Hey all,

I have a post in progress for later. But I want to catch people whilst you might still be at work near a printer!

Please join myself and many others tomorrow in honoring the life of a runner who died far before her time.

Sherry was abducted and violently killed while out on a run and only a mile from her home last year. I’ve thought about Sherry every time I’ve run alone in the past year, and also about how amazing the running community is, and how fortunate I am to be able to run. Period.

Here is an interview with Sherry’s cousin Beth. To print a bib to wear tomorrow on your training run, fun run, or in a race, click here.
